Shipping/Return Policies

Processing Time:

Please allow 2-6 days for your order to be processed. Processing time depends on the volume of orders received at the time. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If you place a order on the weekend your order will process on the next business day. 

Shipping Time:

All orders are shipped through UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE and takes a maxium of 2-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped out your tracking information will be sent out to your email and also is updated on your Pay Pal account. 

Konceited Apparel is NOT responsible for missing or stolen orders. If the item was shipped to the correct address and was seen as delivered via tracking, it is your responsibility to contact the US POSTAL SERVICE, and file a claim regarding your missing merchandise. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Konceited Apparel DOES NOT offer buyers remorse. Konceited Apparel does NOT refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.
